UPDATE: ScienceDirect downtime POSTPONED

The ScienceDirect platform maintenance scheduled for a 12-hour window on Saturday, 12/10 due has been postponed due to concerns about its impact on users during end-of-semester exams.

The site maintenance has been rescheduled for early January – we’ll keep you posted!

EZProxy error for Oxford and Sage e-journals

We are still working out some kinks in the new EZProxy installations across the Tri-Co.

Patrons may see an EZProxy error when trying to access Oxford University Press or Sage Publications e-journals via the FindIt menu (example error message below the fold).

‘Security certificate’ error message for Swat FindIt! and EZProxy users

Swarthmore patrons might have noticed a ‘security certificate’ error message when using FindIt! or EZProxy since yesterday afternoon.  Swat’s EZProxy software was migrated to a new server yesterday, causing this error to appear the first time a patron tries to use FindIt! or EZProxy.
